Public Interest Fellowship RecipientsThe South Asian Bar Association of Greater Boston (SABA GB) congratulates Zainab Dossaji, the winner of the SABA GB 2024 Law Student Public Interest Fellowship. She is in her second year at University of Michigan Law School. This past summer, Zainab interned at the Election Law Clinic at Harvard Law School, where she is doing hands-on litigation and advocacy work across a range of election law areas, with a primary focus on redistricting and voter suppression cases. Zainab was chosen as the public interest fellow because of her demonstrated commitment towards public interest and advocacy work. Each $5,000 Fellowship award enables a law student to work in otherwise unpaid summer internships with community and public interest organizations.
